Product Summary

The MAX514BCNG contains four 12bit R2R multiplying digital to analog converters, each with a serial in parallel out shift register, a DAC register design minimizes the number of package pins and internal level translators, so it uses less board space and dissipates less power than parallel interface devices. The device uses low tempco thin film resistors, laser trimmed to ±1LSB linearity, with gain accuracy better than ±1 1/2 LSB. The MAX514BCNG is specified with a +5V power supply. All logic inputs are TTL and CMOS compatible. It comes in space-saving 24pin DIP and 28pin SO packages.
